DUP Workers Union is a collective of workers at Duke University Press who believe that as workers, we are best equipped to determine our own needs and should have the power to meet them collectively. We are organizing with The NewsGuild, a sector of the Communication Workers of America, asking Duke University to recognize our right to a union.

DUP Workers Union stands in solidarity with AFSCME Local 77, the Duke Faculty Union, and the Duke Graduate Students Union.

In order to protect our rights and create a more equitable workplace now and in the future, we, the workers at Duke University Press (DUP), are organizing to form a union.
